Purple, low-fibre bulb
Ukza RZ is a kohlrabi with an attractive shiny, purple bulb and outstanding internal quality. The flesh is very juicy, low in fibre and suitable mainly for the fresh market. The bulb is fast growing and keeps its shape for a long time. Ukza F1 performs well in all conditions. It is recommended for production from early summer until winter in all growing areas but should not be sown too early in order to avoid misshapen bulbs.
