Details
Salanova® Bonarda RZ Knox™ is a red multi-leaf batavia lettuce with a very stable and intense triple red colour. Furthermore, it has the Knox trait which reduces pinking in lettuce after cutting, thus extending the shelf life and reducing waste. This variety is also very suitable for bagged salads and duo-packing. Bonarda RZ Knox™ is recommended for open-field cultivation as well as hydroponics and plant factories.
This variety is also part of the Salanova® family. With just one cut at the base, Salanova® lettuce separates into multiple evenly proportioned, ready-to-eat, leaves. Salanova® lettuce have up to three times more useable leaves than traditional lettuce.
