Tacoma RZ is a white cabbage with an attractive flat-round shape, waxy blue-green wrapper leaves and a weight range of 1,5 to 3,5 kg. Internally it is loose at the start with white-yellow, thin leaves. This makes it suitable for versatile fresh markets and whole-head fermentation.
