Florence RZ is a white cauliflower variety for the fresh market. It has regular and dense heads with numerous inner leaves, creating an attractive appearance. The crop has normal vigour and very good self-cover. Florence RZ matures quickly, taking just 73-83 days. This variety is very suitable for planting in high densities. It performs best as a summer and early autumn crop in Europe.
